操作步骤及注意事项 OPERATION INSTRUCTION
1. 开机前调节剥头长度挡片到所需位置，使每次剥头长度均匀。
Adjust the gauge for the proper strip length by grasping the handle at the rear of the HOTWEEZERS®.
注意：需在红色把手处调整，不能直接在挡片处调整，否则会影响挡片与刀头的平行。
Attention: Adjust the gauge for the proper strip length by grasping the handle at the rear of the HOTWEEZERS, Never grasp the front stop plate to prevent misalignment.
2. M-10将手柄插头插入所需温度范围插孔("HI或LO")，M-20将切换开关放置到所需温度范围位置("HI或LO")，再根据不同绝缘体材料调节刀头所需温度。
As to M-10, please plug the hand unit into "HI" or "LO" output jacks according to the required temperature range; as to M-20, please push the switch button to "HI" or "LO" first, and then adjust the temperature according to the insulation materials。
注意 Attention：
A) 需在关机状态下插入或更换插头位置孔("HI或LO")；
Hand unit should be plugged into either "HI" or "LO" output jacks or switched between them with the Power Supply OFF;
B) 不能同时使用"HI" "LO"两个插孔；
Do NOT use "HI" and "LO" output jacks simultaneously;
C) 温度设定为定性判断（无具体温度显示），以能将绝缘层迅速熔断，但不烧焦、不粘刀头、不产生大量烟雾的情况下尽量设定较低温度，同样材料不同线径也需设定不同的温度，不同用户可以根据各自的经验设定不同的温度档位参考表;
Since the composition and thickness varies for conductors and cables, the temperature setting is considered approximate. If the type of insulation is not known, start at "1" on the LO range and gradually increase the temperature until the stripper is just hot enough to pierce the insulation without melting or burning. At the correct temperature, the slug of stripped insulation should not stick to the stripper. Avoid temperature settings that cause the generation of fumes. Users can set the temperature according to their own experiences；
D) 在"HI"状态下应避免温度超过"9"，否则将影响刀头寿命。
Avoid using HOTWEEZERS above "9" on the "HI" range. Prolonged use at maximum level will shorten the life of the strippers.
3. M-10型热剥器不防静电，禁止剥另一端已焊有静电敏感器件的导线。M-20为防静电型热剥器，应用于线缆中有静电敏感器件的需要静电防护的场合。
M-10 is Non-ESD model and strictly inhibited to strip cables and wires welded to electrostatic sensitive devices. M-20 is ESD model, which is for applications with electrostatic sensitive devices.
4. 将导线端头放入与导体直径相对应的刀口孔径位置，轻度用力夹紧镊子并转动约15度以熔断整个绝缘层。
Close the jaw together around the wire and rotate the HOTWEEZERS® about 15° to eliminate any insulation "tails".
注意：剥头刀口朝上握持手柄，刀口背面正对操作者以便识别对应的刀口。
Attention: The rear face of the blades should be toward you as you align the conductor to be stripped with the proper gauge hole.
5. 烫断绝缘层后用手拉脱绝缘端头。
Remove the wire from the stripper and pull of the insulation slug by hand.
注意：建议不要用手柄刀头直接拉脱绝缘体，以免划伤导线芯线及刀头。
Attention: Do not pull of the slug with the stripper to avoid damage to the conductors.
6. 将手柄放入主机支架，使剥头温度自动回到待机预热状态。
Placing the hand unit in the holder automatically switches the temperature control to "1" position (LO).
注意：在不使用手柄时，不要将手柄任意放置在其他地方，以免手柄长时间过热和意外烫伤人体，延长刀头寿命。
Attention: NEVER put the hand unit down or set it aside. Always return HOTWEEZERS to their holder when not in use. Neglecting to do this can cause accidental burns and will shorten the life of the strippers.
7. 维护：只需要经常清洁刀口，如有粘糊的绝缘层残留物，可用软金属毛刷去除，不可使用锉刀去除。
Maintenance: Occasional cleaning of the stripping head is the only maintenance required. Remove large pieces of insulation and residue with soft metal bristle brush. NEVER clean HOTWEEZERS with a file.
8. 环境：请在通风良好的工作环境中使用，否则热剥所产生烟雾将严重影响身体健康，建议选配英国BOFA 250HC专用烟雾净化系统，以确保操作者健康安全。
